RAID Storage
Unfortunately, sometimes hard drives can fail or develop faults. In the past, this meant hours or days of downtime while a server was repaired.
Our servers and network storage devices use RAID technology. RAID is a method of running hard drives together, and if one fails, others will take over seamlessly without any downtime.
Although equipment like this adds extra cost when servers are purchased, we believe strongly that it is money well spent in ensuring uptime for our clients is at a maximum.
